Between Monday and Friday, a community coach is present from 9:00 to 17:00. After those hours, the centre building is open as long as a host is present. If not, the building is closed. From Monday to Thursday and on Sunday the building is allowed to be open until 22:00. On Friday and Saturday the building is allowed to be open until 23:00. This has been voted on and approved during the General Member’s Meeting.

The current board consists of a chairman, secretary, treasurer and three board members with specific roles (admissions & communications). Board members are residents of Place2BU and also serve as volunteers (1 to 3 hours a week).
