Cats and dogs are not allowed, unless it's a guide dog/guide animal. You must ask permission to keep small pets in a cage that do not cause any nuisance.

Between Monday and Friday, a community coach is present from 9:00 to 17:00. After those hours, the centre building is open as long as a host is present. If not, the building is closed.

From Monday to Thursday and on Sunday the building is allowed to be open until 22:00. On Friday and Saturday the building is allowed to be open until 23:00.

This has been voted on and approved during the General Member’s Meeting.

The current board consists of a chairman, secretary, treasurer and three board members with specific roles (admissions & communications).

Board members are residents of Place2BU and also serve as volunteers (1 to 3 hours a week).

The board is responsible, among other things, for:

• Managing the association’s financial resources

• Organizing the General Assembly (presenting the budget/annual report)

• Complying with the statutes

• Maintaining contacts with other parties

We want to stress that board members should not be approached individually about any issues. This helps ensure fairness and keeps the (mental) workload manageable.

Note: the board does not address issues that are meant for Management ('beheer').
